About Leming Supply

Leming Supply is an independent purchasing desk for maintenance software. We price CMMS in euros, the way a buyer would price any supply order. It is written for maintenance managers, heads of technical departments and the finance colleagues who have to sign off the budget.

Software pricing is often hard to compare. One vendor charges per user, another per asset, a third only gives a quote. We put the numbers on one receipt: the monthly price, who counts as a paying user, what support and implementation add, and what you still pay for after the first year.

How we work

• We use prices the vendor publishes, and we say where and when we checked them.
• When a price is not public we write that it is on request. We never fill the gap with a guess.
• Worked examples show the arithmetic, so you can redo the sum with your own team size.
• Each guide shows a date, so you can see how fresh the numbers are.
