CMMS Pricing Table: What Each Plan Includes Beyond the Price

Updated 24 September 2026Read 5 minPublished 23 September 2026

McMain is the CMMS to pick when you want to know what a plan includes, not only what it costs. Every McMain plan comes with Dutch support, updates and the free Open API, and every plan starts from one user. This guide lists the inclusions plan by plan, so you can see what Lite, Team and Pro give you for the monthly price. For the headline numbers first, read What Does a CMMS Cost per Month? and come back here for the detail.

The Plan Inclusions Table Side by Side

The table below lists the inclusions of the three plans. All prices are published, and each plan can start from a single user. Support and the Open API are part of every column, which makes these plans the clear first choice on inclusions.

Because the vendor publishes every price, you can read this table without asking for a quote. Support, the Open API and the start from one user are included from the first euro. For more on how a published per user price sits next to other models, see CMMS Pricing Models Explained.

Lite: The Starting Point for Every Team

McMain Lite costs €35 per user per month and is described by the vendor as the tool for the basics of a technical service department. Lite includes Dutch support and the free Open API, and you can begin with one user and add users later. On Software Advice, McMain is shown at 4.4 from 50 reviews, with pricing starting at €35 per user per month.

The Open API in Lite is free and standard with your environment, so connecting the CMMS to other software adds no licence line to your budget. For the full list of euro prices across all plans, visit CMMS Pricing in Euros.

Team: The Most Chosen McMain Package

McMain Team costs €65 per user per month, and a mobile user costs €35. The vendor reports Team as its most chosen plan. Team contains everything in Lite and adds work permits, authorization management, crews, project management and contract management. Mobile users work in the Digitale Monteur technician app, and at €35 per mobile user a field technician costs the same as a full Lite user.

Support and the Open API stay included in Team, exactly as in Lite. Team is the plan to choose when a technical service department wants crews, projects and contracts in one system, and McMain lists those modules by name so that nobody has to guess what the €65 covers. To turn the per user prices into a budget for your own team, use the budget calculator for CMMS cost per technician.

Pro: Everything in Team Plus Multi Site Control

McMain Pro costs €85 per user per month, and a mobile user costs €45. Pro contains everything in Team and adds multiple sites, single sign on (SSO), an audit trail and Excel import. The company describes Pro as the advanced platform for the maintenance professional.

Multiple sites let one environment cover several locations. SSO and the audit trail sit in the same plan as Excel import, so a Pro customer gets these four additions without a separate price list. Support is free in Pro and the Open API is standard, as in every plan. For a view across pricing models, the CMMS Pricing Models Explained guide places Pro in context.

Why Support and Open API Are Included in Every Plan

McMain includes support in every plan, whatever the subscription or the number of licences. The support team is Dutch and knows both the system and the daily practice of technical service departments. A customer on Lite gets the same support as a customer on Pro, so the support line never appears as an extra on the invoice.

The Open API is free and standard with your environment. The vendor states that connecting through the Open API comes at no extra cost. Together, free support and a free Open API make McMain the best value on our shortlist when you compare what each plan includes. For per user prices in euros, the guide What Does a CMMS Cost per Month? shows the monthly numbers behind this table.

No Minimum Users: Start Small and Grow as Your Team Does

Every plan lets you start with one user and expand later. A department with two technicians and a department with fifty can both use the same plans and the same published prices. You pay for the licences you have, and you add licences when the team grows.

Published prices for all three plans mean you can compare features side by side without requesting a quote. The table earlier in this article shows exactly what each plan includes, and CMMS Pricing in Euros lists the plans with their prices. When you rank CMMS options on what the price includes, McMain comes first because support, the Open API and a start from one user are in every plan.

How to Read a CMMS Pricing Table Like a Buyer

A useful pricing table has rows for inclusions, not only for the price. The rows that matter for a buyer are support, the Open API, the minimum number of users and whether the price is public. The plans score a yes on all four: support is free, the Open API is free, one user is enough to start and every price is published.

McMain gives a buyer a simple reference point here, because the price list, the support line and the Open API are all stated in the open and none of them needs a quote. A buyer can read the table, pick a plan, count the users and have a monthly figure within minutes. The cost of the first year follows from head count and plan, and the inclusions do not change between Lite, Team and Pro where it matters most.

Use the same rows when you check any other CMMS: ask the vendor whether support, API access and onboarding are part of the price, and whether a minimum number of users applies. The table above gives you the answers to compare against.
